4G WiMAX Core Technology & Network Development
Principal Technologist Position
Responsibilities:
Development of the WiMAX technology to its full maturity for direct application in the nationwide Clearwire WiMAX network, notably:
Evolution/Development of the key architectural aspects of the WiMAX ASN Gateway (functions, interfaces, interoperability specifications), and corresponding core-related WiMAX Base Station functions
Evolution/completion of the WiChorus ASN Gateway development in terms of features, functions, testing requirements, and vendor development roadmap coordination
Drive the multivendor WiMAX interoperability development and testing initiative by working with WiChorus and Clearwire’s WiMAX RAN vendors to complete the various interoperability
