Lead high impact, sustainable process improvements and project across Corporation through the use of six sigma methodologies
Bottom line accountable for delivering business productivity goals
Establish, track and control key metrics for business productivity
Accountable for training and mentoring for business site green and black belts
Assists project champions in identifying and chartering improvement jobs
Ensures the process improvements projects are aligned with strategic business direction
Ensures the process improvements projects are integrated and driven to deliver commitment
Identifies emerging technologies or adaptations which are aligned with business
